A famous vegan chef, Mariana Blanco, will come to Japan this October! She is recognized worldwide as the top vegan chef in Mexico. She’s been inspired with Japanese cuisine and created various kinds of vegan Maxican dishes with the combination of Japan. In Oct. 28th (Sun) and Nov. 3rd (Sat), three Mexican vegan parties will take place, each theme of which is “Almuerzo”, “Tacos Omakase & Ramen”, and “The Day of Death”. You can experience her incredible vegan dishes and Mexican culture. Let’s join us and have a fun!
